Fees
Initial Therapy Appointment
$200 / session
Follow-Up Therapy Appointment
$175 / session
Couples Therapy
$250 / session
Testing Services
$300 / hour
Insurance
If you need to submit a claim form to your insurance company, an invoice can be provided for this purpose.

Payment Policy
Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash or check.

Returned Check Fee
A returned check fee of $30 will be assessed for a check returned for insufficient funds, and your account will need to be paid to date by the next appointment.
Telephone Call Policy
There is no charge for telephone calls with you or other professionals lasting less than 5 minutes. There is a $30 fee assessed for each additional 10 minute increment.
Letter Fee
A $90 fee is charged for letters or documents written on your behalf.

Meetings and Litigation
Attending meetings on your behalf, preparing for, and attending legal proceedings are charged and prorated at $300 per hour.

Late Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your appointment you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a late cancellation charge of up to the full session fee.
Missed Appointments
I reserve the right to terminate therapy with a client who does not show up for two or more appointments, and new clients who do not show up for initial appointments.
